Jonna has been playing house and music with soul for the past 20 years from the legendary City Fly basement parties in his home town of Leicester, UK to finest festivals in Croatia to the edgiest clubs in Berlin and best venues across Asia. As a producer Jonna has released music on the likes of Lumberjacks in Hell, BBE and Shadeleaf Music. In June 2021 Jonna released 'Jus Move' featuring Javonntte on Lumberjacks in Hell including remixes by the late great Soulphiction (RIP) and Marcellus Pittman. The Record recieved 'Single Of The Day' on Resident Advisor and Juno Records also said 'Lumberjacks in Hell's latest release may well be the smoothest, warmest and most soulful chunk of deep house we've heard so far in 2021’. The record has also been supported by the likes of MrScruff, Jeremy Underground, Jimpster and Laurent Garnier.

Before 'Jus Move' Jonna's first artist EP dropped early 2016 on Thatmanmonkz ‘Shadeleaf Music’ featuring Erik Rico with remixes by Atlanta’s Kai Alce. He then went on to release collaberations with Lady Blacktronika on City Fly & Secret Crunch followed by music on ‘Future Society’ curated by Seven Davis Jr and also the Luke Soloman edit of ‘Through The Night’ again on Shadeleaf Music. Jonna has also been one of the driving forces behind City Fly Records helping it grow from a small club night into a global record label ‘championing the best in house music' releasing music from the likes of DJ Nature, Byron The Aquarius, Fred P, Andres, Kez YM, Simbad, Lay-Far, Red Rack'em and Basic Soul Unit. The releases by Tim Toh & Kez YM both received DJ Mag’s highest house releases in separate print editions. City Fly is the only label to achieve this with 2 consecutive releases.
