Playing since the late 80's.. Matthew was DJ and organiser of the Enjoy parties between 1989-1995, guests included: Phil Asher (RIP), Norman Jay, Terry Hunter, DJ Disciple and DJ Camacho (RIP), and parties were held at Woody's, The Vox, The Garden Club, Scala, Bijou Theatre and The Cross.

Matthew has also played at some of London's seminal clubs throughout the 90s, including: The Wag, The Satellite club, MOS, See the Light and Lost.

He was Co-founder of Rude Awakening Promotions 2000 - 2007 promoting vinyl house music throughout England and Europe. The ethos was to promote the music we loved and try to get the music the airplay it deserved. 

Rude Awakening promoted for an array of labels including MAW, King Street, Giant Step, Jellybean, Large, Trackmode, Tony Records, and Naked music.
