Tee Cardaci is a vinyl veteran with 30 years behind the decks, selecting funky and soulful sounds from the global diaspora. His vibe is deep and eclectic with little regard for genres and takes its inspiration everywhere from 70s freeform radio to 80s NYC and the beaches of Brazil.

Originally from the Washington DC area, with stints in Europe and San Francisco along the way, Tee's called Rio de Janeiro home for the last 12 years. His various productions have found homes at labels like Om and Bastard Jazz while his musings on crate digging and Brazilian music research have been featured in publications such as Aquarium Drunkard and Dig Magazine.

Taking to heart the idea that 'music is the healing force of the world', DJing to Tee transcends merely playing records. It's an attempt communicate unity, hope and joy through the music while shining some light into the darkness.
