Residing in Detroit via Tokyo, DJ YUKIKO aka Legitimategroove, spins deep soulful jams from rare groove to house.

Yukiko is a serious crate digger and plays regulary in Detroit for her dance community, and has worked alongside Skeme Richards (Rock Steady Crew), Mike Huckaby (RIP), Jovonn and Norm Talley. She created her dance cypher event "Inspiration Exchange" which focused on dance and spirituality more than skills and technics, and is currently exploring and learning music production from Brian Mars aka Javonttee with releases forthcoming.
